Community Warranty Information
In order for us to properly give warranty support to you, it is necessary that you e-mail, fax, or mail to the address below any call backs or discrepancy items.
It is the homeowner's responsibility to make arrangements for our subcontractors or Atlantic's representative to gain entry into your home so that all the required work may be completed. Access to your home must be Mon-Fri between 8:00am-4:00pm. Any and all discrepancies must be in writing to assure adequate service to you, and if access is not given in a timely manner, Atlantic will not be responsible for any further damages that may occur.
With your list please include name, address, and phone number that will allow us to contact you, so the required items can be scheduled and completed.
